Therefore, we want to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.

Return Policy
We will accept returns and exchanges on product that is:

  • Unused and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt
  • Returned within 14 days

If your product should develop a manufacturer's defect, it will be exchanged for a similar model in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

We do not allow returns of firearms, ammunition, knives or clothing that has been worn, washed or is missing the manufacturer's tags. 

Special Orders
We are happy to accept special orders for nearly any product produced by our manufacturers. Special orders of items which are not normally stocked require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
 
 
 
Refund Policy
Should a refund be necessary, Quantico Tactical will refund your purchase in the following manner:
  • Credit card purchases will be refunded back to the credit card used for the original purchase
  • Check purchases will be refunded by corporate check and mailed to the customer's home
  • Cash refunds less than $100 will be paid to the customer at the time of return.  Cash refunds over $100 will be paid by company check and mailed to the customer's home
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Mail Order Specifics
In addition to the preceding, the following apply to mail order transactions.

  • Unless due to our mistake, shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If we shipped the wrong item, we will be happy to pay the return shipping
