Return and exchange requests, concealed shortages, wrong
equipment shipped and items damaged in transit must be reported to
Quantico Tactical within 14 business days of receipt according to
carrier delivery confirmation.
All returns and exchanges require pre-approval. Returns without
prior approval, or without a valid RA#, are not guaranteed to be
processed and stand the risk of lost in our distribution center.
Not all items are returnable/exchangeable, and those that are may
have up to a 25% restocking fee.
If approved, the return/exchange will be assigned a Return
Authorization number and detailed directions will be provided to you
instructing you where and how to return the equipment and what
markings may be required on the package. Shipping charges may apply.
Approved RA’s have an expiration date.
Items that are received damaged in transit will be worked out by
Quantico Tactical if reported within two weeks of receipt according
to carrier delivery confirmation. Photographs of package damage may
be requested by Quantico Tactical.
Items that are received damaged due to manufacture defect may be
resolved by Quantico Tactical if reported within two weeks of
receipt, according to carrier delivery confirmation. If we cannot
resolve the issue ourselves, we will facilitate communication
between the customer and the manufacturer so that the issue can be
resolved under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Except in cases of manufacturer defect, used equipment, equipment
missing the original packaging, and apparel without the original
tags or packaging, are not returnable.
Depending on when the cancelation occurs, canceled orders could
be subject to a restocking fee, or may not be eligible for
cancelation, if the goods are in transit from the manufacture or
from Quantico Tactical. Additionally, if not in transit, it’s
possible that the production process is too far along, causing the
order to be ineligible for cancellation.
